Una tappa di passaggio nel giro della Scozia. Camere comode , parcheggio facile (nelle strade laterali puoi parcheggiare gratis) . Ottima Wi-Fi. La ragazza al nostro arrivo è stata molto gentile. Colazione autogestita nella saletta al pian terreno.

Came here to stay while working in Inverurie myself and one other person. Was greeted by a very nice lady who straight away made us feel very welcome. I have the family room with 2 double beds and one single. Decent television. Spotlessly clean en-suite shower room. Room is heated perfectly. Continental breakfast which is more than enough. And she has been very kind and offered to supply a packed lunch each day of the week for work. Would come and stay here again with my partner and kids no problem at all,

Nice and spacious room in a good location. You can walk to city centre. Host is nice and helpful. Breakfast is nearly a disaster. It's like to have breakfast in a hostel. You have to get out all things from the fridge and the cupboard. For this reason I have to say the stay at nice place is too expencive.

A very warm welcome with helpful information. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Very good water pressure in shower and warm room. A good 10 mins drive from city centre in taxi. I would stay again. Great price compared to other overpriced Aberdeen accommodation and value for money.

Evelyn was incredibly kind and made the entire stay feel warm and welcoming! My friend and I stayed on the bottom floor, and the room was surprisingly spacious and well served. The owner, Evelyn, called us a taxi as we were not from the area and she was happy to assist us at any time. My friend was unwell in the morning so she kindly let us stay a little longer to pack before checking out - this kindness was greatly appreciated throughout the entire stay. The breakfast was continental - a nice selection of yoghurts, jams, bread, pastries and fruit. It was varied and interesting. The location of the property is just outside of the town so it is nice for a walk, but nice and quiet throughout the evening!

Para los precios de la zona nos parecio una cantidad razonable. El sitio está a unos 30 min del centro siguiendo una extensa avenida en una zona residencia, hay bastantes autobuses y no tiene perdida y andando no se hace largo. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, el servicio es mejorable y el desayuno nada del otro mundo, pero en lineas generales correcto. Estuvimos 5 noches y otra gente que fue a otros B&B nos dijo lo que estaba pagando y nos quedamos satisfechos de nuestra eleccion.

Nice guesthouse. Stayed in single room, decor bit dated, but very comfy, clean and very good value for money. Room had TV, tea making facilities. Good, safe parking, off the street. Good location - can walk into centre in approx 20-25 mins. When I stayed, was advised that there was continental breakfasts only for that week - think the person who cooks was away...but my rates were reduced to reflect that, and there was a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast. Not great for Wifi...did not work in my room or any of the communal areas, but was warned that there were issues with this, and think it works better in some rooms. However, very nice hotel just up the road "Palm Court Hotel" where they were happy for me to go for a drink in the evenings and use their connection.

Cozy guesthouse. Quiet and clean. The owner was very nice and helpfull. The bus stops right outside and you can walk to Aberdeen sentrum. It was a plesant stay. Would stay here again sometime. Thank you

What a great place to stop. Great location, nice room and all so friendly. And overall really good value. We need to go back to Aberdeen in a couple of months and this is where we are staying for sure. And the free wi fit was a real bonus

I stayed in this Guest House with my family for a month in June 2015. We felt literally what is meant by the word "Home away from home". At the same time the pricing of the rooms are very economic and reasonable. Evelyn, the owner of this property, is an excellent lady. She had solutions for all the things that one would need to stay comfortably. Everything was ready before we felt that it might be needed. For example, she even had the universal plug points that would allow any form of connectors to it. This is a typical example which shows the minute detailing for making life easy which I have even not seen in many high rated hotels. The rooms are fantastic and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. Since it is a family owned guest house my family got a nice ambiance as well as an additional bonus. The rooms had free wi-fi which was just like a boon to all of us. Further, the location is also very good only 10-15 min walk from City center and just next to A90. Overall, to me this was the best place to stay in Aberdeen and would love to stay again if I am visiting Aberdeen.

Nous étions situé au dernier étage, la maison est très propre, la chambre également et les lits sont très confortables. Evelyn la propriétaire est très souriante et très sympa. Aberdeen vaut le coup d'être vu ! Le seul regret à propos de cette guest house est qu'il y a pas de Scottish breakfast ! Il s'agit simplement d'un petit déjeuner "classique". Mais sinon une guest house au top et avec un prix raisonnable donc vraiment à recommander !

Evelyn is lovely and the guest house is very nice. Evelyn is so passionate about making sure everything is ok. I shared a bathroom and the shower etc was fabulous. The only thing about my room i didn't like is that i only had a small sky window so couldn't see out. Other than that it was very very nice... top quality care and would definitely come back.

Can't believe the high quality of this place - it's comparable to a five star hotel. It was absolutely spotless and Evelyn the owner is very friendly. Very relaxing place to stay and close to the city centre. Easy to get to with good parking round the back. Had the best sleep I've had in years!! If I could give it ten stars I would! Left with a smile on my face.

I was hesitant at first due to some reviews. After reading more reviews, the negative ones were regarding the last owners of CitiHouse. Evelyn is the new owner/manager and the more recent reviews are very positive. Having stayed there, i agree with all the other recent reviews. I was welcomed by Evelyn, a very pleasant and friendly person. The room (first room facing you on the top floor) was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. Teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the room. Continental breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Only slight negative is the TV is mounted too high up on the wall and thus affects the viewing quality, but if you are not there to watch TV, then this will not be an issue for you. Very good signal strength free wifi. Location is ideal for a city break, there is a bus stop directly opposite and takes you into the city centre. You can walk it, probably 20-30mins walks (depending on your speed). Car, then 5-10mins(depending on traffic). Congratulations on a well run guest house, thanks.

The Citihouse is everything a budget hotel aspires to be - except better! From the welcome, to the service, to the cleanliness, everything is well done. I particularly like the continental breakfast, with a great selection of pastries, muffins, crumpets, ham & cheese, which you can have at whatever the time of morning you happen to be leaving. I've stayed here for three consecutive weeks, and it's not because I cant find anywhere else - it's simply well done. Congratulations Evelyn on your super guest house. Drew Beard

El hotel en realidad es un b&b, muy bien situado un buen desayuno. No es escocés pero hay variedad, te dejan una cocina y te lo haces tu on los productos que hay. Si tienes coche es un lugar donde no se paga por aparcar y siempre hay sitio. En coche se tardan 5 minutos al centro.
